Not worth much imo, especially with those keywords. People this year have sold good keyword.infos for a low to mid $xx because .info isn't really worth as much anymore. Unless you develop them, then I say low to mid $xx

Carrying: 5.4k US monthly searches
Threatening: 12.1k US monthly searches
So, I would say mid to high $xx.
