Threads.net seems to be upgrading to Threads.com.

A few months ago, Shopify has acquired Threads.com, a Sequoia-backed Slack alternative. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
It appears today that Threads.com name servers are directed at Facebook.com.
There is no doubt that Meta has acquired Threads.com.

How many Xs do you think Threads.com sold for ?

No need to check where the nameservers are pointing. Just check the WHOIS Registrant data.

I would say that Shopify has sold it for a bit more than what they paid for it. I doubt their main goal is to make money from domains. And definitely not to get rich by selling this domain.

What would shopify want with a domain like threads.com? Weird. And if the owner sold it for anything less than 5mil they were robbed
