Welcome, Bob. Another thought - when I read the write-up on de Bono's Simplicity - is along the lines of a life coach, life consultant. Getting to/getting back to the core/the 'bones of life'.

'Skeletally' could be a book on something like stripping back life complexity, to a core - to elegant simplicity.
