Thanks for your advice. Even Sedo cancelled my listing of this domain only stating that this is the violation of our policies and we will not promote it. But they didn't warn me that I can't sell it to anyone or it's a trademark and all.

I know you are not an attorney but looking experienced player in this field. Need your advice..
