Would you pay that much?
No.

According to name bio (I did a quick scan so it is likely I missed something) the 'hello' prefix, when it comes to locations, is not a huge seller either in volume or price. Annual renewal costs in addition to a relatively slow rate of purchase would require the average price for a name would be prohibitive to a potential buyer. Of course I could be wrong.

HelloMinnesota.com - 2018 - $3000
HelloSwitzerland.com - 2016 - $2679
HelloMiami.com - 2017 - $2280
HelloIndia.com - 2013 - $1200
HelloGermany.com - 2017 - $1055
HelloUSA.com - 2015 - $1116
HelloParis.com - 2017 - $1280

ADD: I did not download the entire list...there may be a few big gems in the mix

Helloearth.com, a collection of barely searchable directories.

I don't know what the business plan was but it wasn't providing content for humans. Maybe worth $200K in total but would require a lot of work, so lots of better opportunities imo.

Just think 2000 names at $9 is 18k in renewals alone plus hosting…

One of the "cities" near me is a crappy Mexican restaurant. Las Palmas, Arkansas is not a city. Lol.
