.tv This one I think I will develop... Please appraise

I have regged a few domains in my few years in the industry.

Some I have developed... Most I have flipped or let expire.

I now have a .tv that I would like to have appraised. I think I want to develop it. It seems like a natural website concept.

LiveUpdates.tv - could be used for news, sports, auctions, software, web media, etc.

Please appraise.

What its worth will be determined by HOW well you develop it.

There may be value to itself but its minimal. Its not a keyword that people are naturally going to type in. Therefore, where does your traffic come from? It will have to come from advertising and promoting the domain.

What do you think its worth? and why do you think its worth that much.

I don't know how much it is worth. After seeing quite a few other .tv sales, it appears that keywords are not the only things of value. I was not saying that I believe my name is worth more than reg fee at moment, because I don't know. It just seems that it has natural potential for development, so I didn't kno if that would boost it's pre-developed value.

I am not an experienced .tv seller, so I am seeking other input.
