During my search for a good name for mobile "client/server" based software I came across this name. Is it worth more than the reg fee? Looks like there might be some trademark issues...

Seems "generic" in nature, in this context, as I view it. After researching the topic further, this may very well end up being your best End user opportunity, as well.
Reg. fee - $30+ (wholesale), IMHO.
