Thinking about buying traffic

I am thinking about buying untargeted traffic from mytrafficvisitors.com. they charge $1.79 CPM. Is that good? Is it a good idea to buy untargeted traffic. They said the traffic comes from pop-unders.

Well untargetted is just what it says, so you would get traffic from all kinds of different places, probably allot of what you do not want, you may want to target your site more, imo. Have you done any link exchanges and such? Yes that seems to be a good price.

Also, unless it says otherwise, they're probably foreign, and even more worthless to you.
