I was actually pleasantly suprised to see this domain name. Usually when someone posts something of that nature as the title, the domain is very flat and usually without value. I find this to be genuine.
LogicalOption.com is a great brandable domain name. The two keywords together make a lot of sense and it is a standard phrase for making an obvious decision.
Your target should be Mortgages and Real Estate, these are nice target areas where a term like this can be applied to the business name, brand, motto, or logo. I think that with the amount of mortgage brokers out there I would head in that direction. They might be willing to pickup an easily brandable/memorable domain name.
In my honest opinion - I would value the name currently between $100-200 to a reseller. If you are fortunate enough to track down an end-user, you should be able to pocket in the high xxx range, possibly even the low x,xxx range. I happen to love this domain name and would probably hold onto it for some time, as its value will increase!
