there is a site called smashmyxbox, i guess if msft was touchy about trademark issues they would definitely be after these guys

i know apple let a bunch of sites with "pod" in them go on for years and then suddenly brought the hammer down

hard to know whether msft will crack down

i just regged psxbx which i think will withstand scrutiny but obviously won't get any search hits, it's a development site only i think

what do you intend to do with it, i think you would get quite a few hits with the name and do a nice mini-site

but i wonder who would buy it with the tm issue hanging over it ?

mid $xx until your site makes a name for itself and MSF has vested interest in obtaining your domain or shutting it down. either way, if you lie low and get some PPC revenue, you should be fine.

i think your value in this domain is capped. once its value gets pretty high, msft will likely grab the domain. if you're only getting a few visitors here and there, i don't think msft will bother to bother you. lol.
