Estibot valuation can't be the sole basis of a planned purhase. If you yourself can't know a domain's value, there is no point buying. If I had try to sell you a C grade domain with a very high estibot valuation, would you buy it at that price?

You r right and I agree with you. Estibot still needs to work on their algorithm.
Some times its give crazy price n some time not a good one for some really great names. But at least it gives you best idea.

The keyword searches / month and CPC approach that Estibot takes is correct only where you are evaluating a single keyword or a proper keyword phrase. The issue with Estibot is that it changes its minimum evaluation to $x for a domain that sold for about $x. So, if TheWebhosting.com sells tomorrow for $100k, you would always see an Estibot value of $100k plus afew grands. For example. ticketchat.com just sold for $2288 and its Estibot value which was close to zero is now upgraded to $2300, a price nearer to $2288.

Also, "The" is an article used to emphasize and further qualify the noun with which it appears.
So, when you look at "The" keyword domains, the proper approach would be to first look at the estibot value of the related noun which THE qualifies and also look at other The domain sales.
