domain TheSize.com appraisal

Can you please help me find out the right price for TheSize.com ? As a new domainer, I would be really grateful for any help.

TheSize.com sold at dropcatch for $1,211 four days ago.

TheFit.com sold for $30,900 in 2011, which is quite similar type but i don't see many big 'Size' domain sales the highest being SizeChart.com $8,000 and one of interest is SizeMe.com $4,000 in 2011.

Multitude of uses .... appraisal : Mid $x,xxx
