It's a reasonable domain, yes. One good thing is that it conveys "money saving" to consumers, and that is dear to their hearts. Regarding value, one problem is that there are lots of alternatives available, so that limits sale price, as a buyer could think of something else.
Also, if you were branding on it, you would want saverzone.com as well, although I think "TheSaverZone.com" is actually the better brand name.
Overall, it's a nice name that an affiliate could use. It's a nice name for a voucher code site, such as my MoneyOffCode.co.uk site. It's the kind of domain I would attempt to sell on Flippa, but it may take a lot of relisting to eventually get the sale.
