Neat one. Not huge value with the dot.net, I see a lot of very high-searched dot.net's coming available, seems like they're being dropped in favor of dot.org's these days, IMO. I can easily reg a few dozen dot.net's with low to high xx,xxx exact searches right now with my huge list. I think they're a hard sell to domainers and end users unless you're a very good seller. As minisites, they can do quite well if you don't have too much competition getting that term to page 1 google with the dot.net.
I expect you probably wouldn't sell this for more than mid to high xx, low xxx if someone really wants it, and higher than that only if you're a wizard at making sales to end users.

I'd build a minisite with that one, myself, and then approach end users later at leisure. Lots of end users with 'the rabbit' as part of their domain name.
PS 'the rabbit' gets 14,800 exact monthly searches; you need to choose 'exact' when using google's keyword tool, rather than the default 'broad' it's set to.
