I don't like domains with "The" in them so I would pass even on wholesale.
That said the pet market is pretty big and if someone has a device that acts like a fence you may have a sale but that is only after the potential client gets shocked by what the owner of PetYard.com wants for his domain.
Anyone entertaining the name PetYard would have so many better options instead of tacking a "The" to the front. Personally I would add a word of my choice after the name if I really needed something similar.
You may get lucky, who knows, but personally I would not pay the reg fee.
PS. I hardly ever call out reg fee so take that as the best advice I can give.
@MapleDots , when you say you hardly call out reg fee, do you mean you rarely think investing the registration fee is a bad idea? ( Sorry, I'm new just trying to learn the vocab - thanks )
I try to be as nice as possible, especially to newer members but in this case I had to say how I truly felt. I personally would not pay the 10 bucks to register this domain. That does not mean someone else won't find value but I believe I could pick a better hand reg with a word after PetYard instead of the "the" before.
In the words of Eric Lyon...... I hope that helps
Separate names with a comma.
