Theory X is a management style, and so I was suprised to find it was still available in .BIZ.

Its developed, into a site with information about this theory.

There are 147,000,000 results on google for theory x, and 237 on overture (both with no quotes)

Kudos for taking the time to throw some content on that domain instead of just parking it. While it's a decent keyword, I would not give a lot of value to it because of the .biz extension. And although it is a "biz"ness keyword, maybe .info would be better even?

I noticed you used wikipedia content, but I would recommend taking 10 minutes to rewrite/write your own content for the site. Just a few paragraphs. This would help out your SE rankings, and if it's good maybe you could get an inbound link from wikipedia. As it stands, I would appraise it at mid $XX.

Thats the plan, the wikipedia content is just temporary. If I had brought home my Business Studies textbook, i'd have written it all from scratch. So i'm going to rewrite it all shortly, after looking at a few more sites with information about this theory.
