If you're selling to resellers without traffic / revenue stats, you're looking at around reg fee. It doesn't make sense, either. I've never heard of the "oil business", only the "oil industry".

"The" really kills the value in a domain, unless if it's the.ext

I agree with the above mentioned. In addition, what type of site could be developed from this? The domain is highly unsuitable for a corporate website ("the" is a big reason), yet who would make a website for the oil business? If it was "oilindustry.info" or something similar it would be better.

I'm another saying reg-fee undeveloped sorry. As mentioned above, it is the 'oil industry', not the 'oil business'. 'the' is also a killer.

I cannot think of any plausible and easily marketable site concepts other than a news blogs sorry.
