Just because the name may have TM issues dosent mean you could not sell it to ipod are and ipod dealer after all for them to get the name from you (as TM) the claim (Fees) would be over 700 pounds there for it would be easyer for them to buy the name from you so long as you are offering it for 700 pounds !! Or that is the case with me and 80% of the time they will just give you the money.
