domain themovie.rent

Picked up this domain some time ago and wondering if it has any future. Renewal would be about 60 bucks so I'm wondering if I should keep it or not.

Could be used for:
1) a website about the movie "Rent"
2) e-commerce site for movie rentals

Any thoughts about potential value?
