With dot info, you don't want to add articles to a keyword... it works in dot com, but not dot info. That being said, the only chance this has is because Mortgage is such a strong keyword....... so you might find a buyer, but it could be really hard. Personally, I wouldn't buy it for regfee - but that doesn't mean it's garbage either. Comparing this to the dot com version or the single keyword dot info just isn't a fair assement IMHO.

This is also another one where development is the clear king for investment...

Rreseller: regfee - low $xx
Enduser: high $xx - low $xxx

Hope this helps!

@svede thanks for your help, but why somebody pay $69/each for TheCredit(.)info and TheBand(.)info (today's drop, catched via Snapnames).

Thanks.

It's hard to speak to why someone would spend money on some things... I see a lot of people spending hundreds on worthless domains in this forum. :)

That being said, TheCredit fits in with the same level of quality of the domain you got - maybe someone thought it was worth it. Really can't see the value at all in the second. I know I have spent $69 on backorders before only to question why I ever did it in the first place.

But again, I do think there is some value in a The+Keyword.info if the keyword is valuable enough - just no where near the numbers of the other domains you listed (not saying you thought they were similarly priced, just that I think the "the" kills the value enough in dot info). I personally have backed away from them due to hating to have domains that don't sell without putting in more work than they end up selling for. That is more of a personal thing though as well - I focus on development and want more time for that..

Looking through namebio I don't see a whole lot of value beyond the low $xxx range for similar domains. TheCity.info was sold for $2,700 so perhaps that shows some hope, but that might also be due the sound of it is a better fit for dot INFO IMHO.... and that was also in 2012 - a lot of non-premium dot infos seem to be selling for less now.

But as always, don't take my word for it. Work hard enough and you might find a well-paying enduser. It certainly has a LARGE market for keyword/industry.

Hope this helps!!
