There's too many template sites, but you COULD if you had lots of time.

I think suggesting themes for rooms & occasions of real, physical things would be great... have "dance themes" and "birthday party themes" etc.

For website development, without a physical "service" to offer, maybe a forum for members to discuss ideas for interior design. Maybe have articles & tips, and then shoot for paid advertising or use affiliate program links related to home improvements?
