I'd say based on similar domains and the current domain market this is a low ball park figure domain worth between $3,000 to $5,050 max. This domain has loads of potential just the word "the" at the beginning might turn-off potential end-users from paying xx,xxx.

Dollar maker dot com I would feel differently about, low / mid thousands. I have a problem with "the" in domains (especially making it 3 worded). I would be most surprised if this 3 worded domain fetched 4 figures ...hope it does
