It's a two word .net, so it's certainly not premium.

It looks like it's a book that was written almost 20 years ago. Looks like there's a podcast too but they have a different .com

As a raw domain, I don't see a lot of value because I can't imagine a business ever coming along and naming themselves "the cipher" and buying the .net instead of the .com. It is a stretch for sure, in my opinion.

'Cypher' is related to cryptology meaning writing codes in secret way. And it's also a dictionary term having more than 160000 SERP results on Google. It can be anything from cryto , programming to gaming blog. Very high opportunity!

Please search Google with the word ''cypher" and analyse the result
