Okay Guys I know the heading is a little dramatic. Anyhow, I saw an aged(18yrs) domain that i am interested in and decided to appraise it using DomainIndex.com and EstiBot.com. I was shock by how those two websites appraised the domain name;
DomainIndex valued to be $27,400 and EstiBot, $0.

I know a lot of domainers use EstiBot. How trustworthy is domainindex website? Can it be that far off? Has anyone here being using Domainindex?
