I would love it if you guys give me some suggestions.
I am also working on a script with which users can register to have their random text and own images.

Nice idea, but shaky layout. The layout is very very bland. If you can program taht how come the site can't be programmed to look better? I don't know how else to explain it besides, spice it up!

Layout is plain, your header is pixilated and needs a logo. I also recommend using CSS to create rollover effects on your links.
