i have noticed in the new terms it states

You must have and abide by an appropriate privacy policy that clearly discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your users’ browser, or using web beacons to collect information, in the course of ads being served on your website. Your privacy policy should also include information about user options for cookie management.

so does this mean all sites with Google adsense have to have
1) a privacy policy
1a) a privacy policy that includes info on cookies being used
2) a privacy policy that includes information on how to manage cookies

Yea athix i think all sites with Google absence have to have a private policy,, its very important to keep an record of cookies been used...
