Hello, I think it would be pretty useful to keep track of all LLLL.com sales , even the little ones under $100 so that , pretty soon , when the available LLLL.com will be finished , we`ll have a better idea on market prices.

It is important that these sales are confirmed. So before to post, make sure payment went OK.

I will start with todays` Sedo confirmed sales:

Also, I found interesting to see this average LLLL, getting bids up to $51 and reserve not me. It says it all.

in this market you don't get the same value for the same domain everyday, it's not Math.

Maybe next month, one person will NEED THAT domain and they will be willing to pay 10 times what you sold it for. So "luck" is a big factor too.

Yes you are right math and Economy Rules not always apply to domain names, and yes luck is a big factor, let's remember the sale of CamRoulette.com

however, it seems all domain market is very quiet and money is scarce....plus every time there is a new extension, most people try to ride the wave and make a quick profit.

Mostly holding but selling some of my weaker names and trying to pick up a few bargains.

if you are holding onto you LLLL,com's, please elaborate on why you have decided on holding on to them and if you are selling, why do you want to sell them? Do you think market is crashing for them or you just want some extra bucks and dont wanna "waste" anymore money renewing them?

I think we do need a healthy discussion around this topic, other then posting sales every now then!

I'm holding on to the ones that sound better to me, and selling the ones wit bad letters primarily cuz they dont really make much sense to me.

I've never really been a fan of low end LLLL.coms and have also sold nearly all of my "quad premiums" as I think you have to be pretty lucky to just list them on Sedo and wait for a big sale. I'm sure there are people that make money with these names by actively targeting potential end users but I'm too busy/lazy(?) to do this..

What I'm holding onto (or at least not selling off cheaply) are pronounceable LLLL.coms (e.g. posy.com, femp.com, gylo.com) and a few what I consider higher end names (e.g. satn.com, RxRx.com) which I hope will continue to gain in value over the next few years. What I've learnt over the past 4 years is that usually quality wins over quantity and it's best to have a few good names than a few hundred average ones..

I'm holding my few LLLL's that I have left because I feel like they're worth more than I can get for them right now. Plus, it only costs $7 a year to keep them, and they're worth $XXX to low $XXXX.
