Hello, I think it would be pretty useful to keep track of all LLLL.com sales , even the little ones under $100 so that , pretty soon , when the available LLLL.com will be finished , we`ll have a better idea on market prices.

It is important that these sales are confirmed. So before to post, make sure payment went OK.

I will start with todays` Sedo confirmed sales:

FISE.com 2,700 Euros
TSRT.com US $760
VEUP.com US $1,700

Also, I found interesting to see this average LLLL, getting bids up to $51 and reserve not me. It says it all.

Hello guys,

I seldom read this section of the forum and I'm not familiar with the valuation parameters for short domains. I wanted to ask, would there be any interest in this domain

jlit(.)com

I'm trying to downsize my portfolio and I don't know what to do with that one

thx

I would put the name on Ebay. You will probably get $20-$30 for it there.

Euroflash -- Apparently the seller has the option (for 24 hours) to sell to the highest bid, even if it hasn't met the reserve.

In this case, the seller elected to sell for $15K. (And the buyer got a great deal...)

Nice to see a really "premium" transaction on Bido.

Yes, I just realized this as well. Great deal indeed. Buyer is Domaining.com by the way.

That's an interesting thought of having a reserve, but being able to accept the highest offer within 24 hours. I kind of like it.

RADF $131

Seems like quad premiums have settled ~$130 for a minimum. A few months back they could be had for ~$100-115. I guess that's a good sign!

Not really, problem is that they have been the same since September-October, nothing has changed since then.

Abse $520

I would like to point the fact that such information is important ONLY if your main strategy is flipping between domainers.

But to me, it`s also important the fact that no endusers is going away with a nice LLLL.com for such low price and month after month the number of LLLL.com available is less and less.

Someone should compare the number of LLLL.com sold in the $500 - $3,000 range each month. Then you have another important stat.

You are right Dragon, we see so much endless debate about the absolute minimum price for garbage LLLL, but we don't have a system regarding top end sales, even if we did, we would be accused of "pumping" the niche, quite sad really.

yeah, good point. to me it is all just "data" to be used in the best possible way towards my particular ends... being able to reference "low" prices on quads etc while negotiating to purchase domains from someone is useful just as being able to cite high-ticket sales to set a credible price threshold when responding to or contacting endusers also makes sense of course.... no right or wrong interpretation or use of the info in price discrepancies, and to me nothing really to argue or defend either way. i just enjoy viewing the vast range in prices between drop/reseller to enduser prices..... never a dull moment!
