I've been seeing bigcloudy.com around and wanted to get the community's take on this branding style.
We see a lot of "Cloud" domains, but the "Big + Adjective" combo seems to be a recurring theme for tech startups lately.
Pros: Memorable, easy to spell, strong .com extension.
Cons: "Cloudy" can sometimes have a negative connotation (unclear/overcast).
Do you think these types of "friendly tech" names are still the gold standard for SaaS, or is the market moving toward shorter, more abstract names (like "Cloudera" or "Vercel")?
