The best names to sell to wholesalers?

I'm fairly new to the domain game, I got into it a few months ago as a hobby.

In general, what type of names sell the fastest to wholesalers? Is it:

Names just with traffic (even though it may be not be that great of a name, i.e. FrogPrince.com)

Or names without traffic, but there is obvious commercial appeal (i.e. MakeMoney.com) or some high tech name, or legal or what have you. And you blow them out at wholesale prices.

Also, has anyone dealt with eRealEstate.com Are they really developing so many .com names?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Resellers want names that can be marked up
3 to 5 times what they pay for it

one name domains are tops
two names OK
three or more names... a hard sell to resellers

keep the count under 12 letters
the shorter the better

dashes (-) and numbers don't do well

Names that are developed = more bucks
With traffic worth more

One way to really gain an appreciation and understanding of what wholesaler's are looking for, or valuing ... is right here in the Namepros "Appraisals".
If you follow them, you will get an understanding as to what THEY see in certain domains, or in a general sense (such as lengths, extensions, niches, etc.), IMHO.
Best of Luck.
