Heres how it works i will be giving away $10 to the person who makes the last post in the thread, how is this determined well when there have been no posts for 1 day (24 hours) the person who posted the last message will receive $10 either via paypal.

I have decided that I am going to develop it and then sell it.

Right now I have finished the designing part. the template is ready.
Now I am coding some PHP for it.

Will have to be on cron fro the daily expired list.
