The "$10 Thread"

Hey, i just came up with a pretty cool idea read below to find out the details.

Heres how it works i will be giving away $10 to the person who makes the last post in the thread, how is this determined well when there have been no posts for 1 day (24 hours) the person who posted the last message will receive $10 either via paypal.
