Come up with that number and double it to give yourself room to negotiate down if you are reaching out to them.

If it is incoming inquiries, ask them to make an offer and negotiate up.

ok, thats a good idea as well. I just get so many inquiries on it. Most of the offers are $x,xxx and $low xx,xxx.

yeah. I felt that was a decent offer. But I see where names like GetStuffDone.com sells for $40,000 and this is just as popular of a saying as that for sure.
