Namebio says d-tech sold for 269, and its currently for sale. While other animals' clouds might find their users, the duck is kinda "taken" by DDG, not sure if anyone would want it because of brand confusion.
Sure there are comps, but rhinos are cool and bamboo is kind of cool too. Ducks are lame. What's the logo going to be ... a big yellow duck bill? Maybe someone in a country where they love ducks ... ?
You can list the name for $1-2K because it's short enough and "cloud" is a popular word... but the chances of it selling are less than good.
It's not impossible (unlike a lot of names found in the appraisal section) but a name like foxcloud.com or falconcloud.com would be 100 times better.
IMO ,.DuckCloud.com is good domain name, some of big hosting company may be interested in your name,especially cloud computing companies like alibaba , amazon , and other. Try to offer on $ x.xxx up to $ xx.xxx
