Thanks to all those who bought ribbons

I'd like to offer a thanks to all those who bought ribbons.

One member that really shocked me was Scott who bought 21 ribbons (maybe more, but 21 are shown) which is equivalent to 8400 NP$ a good $130. I just wanted to show him that we appreciate his efforts and everyone else's.

This thread is to all who decided to help out in any way they could. Thank you.

For those who wants to look at UNICEF's Tsunami Relief fund so far, here's the link..

So far as of now, we (Namepros staffs, Me, Np'ers) have altogether raised up to USD$175.75! That is 88% of our initial $200 goal! Way to go everyone!

Seeing the success of the charity work, I have decided to upgrade UNICEF Tsunami Relief charity goal from USD$200 to USD$400. Hope we can matchup to our goal very soon! :tu:

I personally can't express how grateful I am to everyone of you who like me, would like to help out with those who are less fortunate. It is truly a bliss to see so many np'ers contributing. Thank you everyone for your kind heart and generosity. I also hope that from this "Charity Ribbon" event, it inspired everyone of us not only to be kind to others, but also that with a combined force looking towards one goal, everything becomes possible. Thank you Namepros.

Most of all, I would also like to thank Johnn, domain.addict, RJ & Scott for all their support in making this charity a further success.

Can I ask how long we can buy them, is it just until the end of 2005?

Cause if thats it, Ill make it a goal every month (or week, depending on how much NP$ I can aquire) to buy at least one.

Definitely everyone should if they can. Wow Flora 44% is awesome. Almost at the half way mark. I think NamePros has done an excellent job and it's only the beginning. Ribbons have only been available for a few days, imagine how much money will be raised in 1 month or 1/2 year

I was wondering if we could start either a new thread or just reply to this one and list every member that bought a ribbon. This would make others want to buy ribbons so that their name could be shown. Anyone like this idea?

Yes good work everyone i just got over the $5,000 mark for Tsunami relief doing charity work and selling stuff off the internet and putting some of the proceeds from my hosting aswell.

It is a number of charities you can donate to. Different ribbon means different charity for a different cause. UNICEF will be for the Tsunami. Do get one if you can afford it.
