Good luck with this. I like it a lot but would price it at 250-500 as I've sold a similar one at the low end of that.

It's a good domain to develop. There are many expats in Thailand, you need to find one motivated enough who will pay for it.
Mid-$$$ -> Low $,$$$ I guess.

There are more than 50,000 expats even where I live in Chiang Mai and have had very low $xxxx offers for ChiangmaiBlog.com but not budging yet,rightly or wrongly!
