aroy.tv - means delicous/tasty in Thai, great for a restaurant gig guide or cooking show in Thailand. I will develop this one for the Thai market.

no problems, I appreciate all feedback.

I look at develepment when buying sites. I own 9 sites here in Thailand and they all do quite well and they will do a lot better as I develop them further.

I buy sets of names and Im not saying that is the way to do it, but it has worked for me. eg.
I own 10 names that start with channel, even with some of the feedback on this forum in regard to these names I have had great offers on most of them.

I own 60 + country .........property.tv names. I have had offers on all my ..........property.tv names and I was also offered a 6 figure sum for all of them, which I declined as I want to develop them.

so, I have a lot of time and money to develop all names I buy as I have retired so to speak. My problem is Im only 39 years old and I want to do something with my time. The i names will be developed in time and if I do not get a reasonable price for them as a group and if I dont get the time before next reg date, I will re reg and carry on.

I have now over 40 full time web builders and this is what I love, to create brands and sell them.

I personally think many of the old time .com domainers are still thinking everything has to come up in a search engine to be brandable. I personaly feel that with .tv names it is a new market and all of the old ways of pricing a name, are redundant. We will see in time.

I am not a domainer.

Sites need to make revenue or else they are hobbies . To make revenue, you need traffic. That is pretty basic business fundamentals.

Coming up in a search engine is not branding. Running radio, TV, and print ads is brand building. Grassroots marketing (YouTube, EBAY) is brand building.

YouTube already has built a brand for video. You think online video, you think YouTube.

Any branding effort for a new site will have to counter the existing branding YouTube has already established. Otherwise, people will just got to Youtube, not your site.

realtor is a trademark.. i found out the hard way and had to delete two premium domains from my account or face court.... you can't sell any domain containing realtor... i suggest you delete it asap
