Hi Guyz,
I've problem with determining a correct value of one of my domain. Someone asked this domain name staythai (.) com for 2.2k, another one for 2.6k. but some of my friends say don't sell it for that price, there's much value on that name.

Thailand is main tourist attraction destination, and domain name contains main key words. Also 7 years old for this domain.

I'd like to know your ideas and Appraisals.

I don't know from where you get that results but Google tell me that for December (global search) there are only 880 searches. So i think that the domain is like x or mid xx.

Sorry, don't see much value in this name.

I have a few Thai names and have sold one for $xx,xxx but StayThai.com- can't see for the life of me why anybody would offer the amounts you are quoting, or even a fraction of that.

After spending some hours on the net I decided to keep it with me, I didn't see much "active" competitors so there is chance to develop it.

I think it is a good name.
You should keep it. StayThai.com It looks and sounds good. Good for branding....

I use my instinct, it can be a big brand for tourism marketing business. Forget about the search engine results, it's just the numbers. But, remember ,branding for the domain name is more important than search engine numbers.

why not, I hope to develop it as online booking portal for thai hotels. I've just check about it, they have got open database. Or I may go for plan B
