I am still trying to get past the 52% ctr. Maybe I have heard of a higher ctr, but I can't recall a higher ctr.

If the numbers you are quoting are true, why would you want to sell??? You didn't give revenue, but with that level of traffic be sure to ask at least several years expected forward earnings! There were some people whining in the last TRAFFIC auction about selling below one-year's forward earnings. The cure: don't do that. Regardless of what the sales people tell you about setting low reserves to stimulate a bidding war, don't do it. Sometimes the "bidding war" does not happen and your low reserves lock you into selling cheap.

Its a fantastic domain name - and Im sure you'll find an excellent buyer in the Adult realm. I would recommend moving it from Sedo parking to another. You'll find better CTR and better payout per click. You could probably quadruple any kind of revenue its making.
