The script is written in PHP, custom coded by me.

This script allows you to send unlimited, free text messages to any cell phone in the US, that has one of the listed providers.

Yes, the script does work. Some foreign providers might not work, though.

Someone tried "o2 (uk)" on mine and couldn't get it to work.

UK providers do not work... it's a US script.
