It's amazing how many great keyword .ORGs are lying unregistered. I just found TexasHomeLoan.org yesterday and registered it promptly.

Generally good combos ... but be careful not to register too many of these here in the .ORG (don't get me wrong, I do like .ORG's) unless some sales are first made to cover your costs, IMHO.

it is a nice name but from what i saw there are a lot of "state/cityhomeloan.org" for grab out there, not so appealing as the "state/citymortgage" because the exact searches are a bit low.
i think the real value is in development and cpc.

btw, "indianahomeloan.org" is out there if you want to reg it and so are a few nice states.
