As someone who has been using the MicroSoft Terminal Server product for years now this name could carry some value. Terminal Server is however a generic term for like computing so I dont think TM issues should be a problem as long as you don't make it one.

I think the .us doesn't work greatly with this domain but there is obviously a market there as most extentions are taken.

Assuming there is no TM issue, terminal server fits .com or .net. The name is too technical and doesn’t have much value in a ccTLD extension, worth low-mid $xx undeveloped.
