Bid Withdrawn.. I am withdrawing all the bids I made on this auction in the last 72hrs.

This shouldn't effect the outcome as I am removing ONLY the bids made in the last 72hrs that extended the auction.

Typically auctions extend 10mins in a regular auction and I can understand 24hrs.. but 72 is just too much..

So the high bid now should be $15 by L-L-L as he shouldn't be bidding against himself as Paul pointed out earlier.

I do not believe that iamneo can withdraw all bids, possibly the last, but he was in the game up until his last bid. Retrospective bid withdrawal seems very unfair to the seller who has done nothing underhand in this sale.

manicgirl should rule on this.

Manicgirl: Let me know what needs to be done. I don't mind, staying in and paying, IF it is ruled as unfair to drop out.

Technically, I was the ONLY person bidding against L-L-L.. If not for me, it would have ended in $12 or so right?

So my opinion is fair to drop out and withdraw all bids since we are the only 2 bidding..

This bid retraction BS is for the birds and I'm getting tired of seeing in done more and more frequently... please don't bid on auctions if you are not 100% percent certain that you will transact if you win. This is a HUGE waste of everyone's time....

I really would rather you transact for this auction since you continued to bid, bid, bid....\

However, if you do not transact

The seller does not have to roll back to the $15 bid at this point... if you keep your bids retracted... then I will declare this auction void... the seller is in no way obligated to sell the the next highest bidder... especially in this situation.

nothing. this auction is void due to bid retraction. Unless the person retracting their bid decides to step up, this auction is closed...

You are welcome to offer the seller the high bid price, but he is not obligated to take it.
