I've been in domains only a month so don't take my opinions to heart.

I see a lot of potential in this domain name if it were to be developed first. Undeveloped I would think you could get XXX for it. The good thing about this domain is it has generality. Football? Soccer? Clothing / Tailoring ? lots of sports useages. Perhaps even a sports lounge or sports restaurant named Ten Yards?

Also a fan site for the movie "the whole ten yards"? Since thats a hefty majority of the results that come up when searching "Ten Yards" on google.

If you developed it into something receiving solid traffic (500 to 1K hits per month) I'd think you could get X,XXX from the right buyer that wanted to develop further.

If you bought this for Reg fee personally I would say if you flipped it for very high XX or very low XXX you'd be doing great for what you bought.

That said. The estibot puts it at 1,100.00 with 1,170,000 in google frequency.

For me, and the few hundred hours I've spent learning on this stuff already my bottom line to me and me only, would be sell for high XX or 100 something if you could find a buyer. Or develop, get some traffic and try it back out for high XXX (maybe 700-900).

If you're thinking of getting X,XXX or higher for it you'll really have to market it out on sedo and afternic and DNF etc and possibly wait a good while to find the perfect buyer or a broker of someone looking for such a name.

These are only my humble opinions with the little experience I have. Although quite a bit of it is common sense in the domain biz.
