Template wanted with RSS feed

I am looking for a simple two page template with one page for rss feed.

Please pm with cost and example.

Just a note, an RSS feed can be done with any template. Just need a MySQL and you can use PHP to do that.

Not sure about the module side.

If you want a simple front page....with menu. Then addiditonal pages that are gathering RSS feeds, I should be able to do something for that.

I am needing something like RSSMini, but with an index page that I can either put a blog on, classified, chat module, etc. so that I don't get nailed by google as a scraper site.

Any ideas?
