Nice layout... Im not keen on the colors, but what you have looks good with each other.

Personally I hate the generic corporate look, and like your design, but it all depends on who the target market for your design services will be

nice template, the main content box could do with being abit taller and less wider (1024x768). I can imagine having an Iframe (or php frame, whatever coder chooses :P) and the scrollbar being real tiny. Nice layout apart from that *holds thumbs up*

Looks nice so far. I agree with making the content table a bit taller and not so wide - would improve things a bit. The color scheme is easy on the eyes and unique, which is good; however, it all depends on who or what the layout is for.
