digital-photo restoration website template needed
I’m determined to create a digital photo restoration website but in all fairness I thought it would have been easier.
The thoughts of the html code and css has my head all over the place.
I would really like a website or even a template that looks like the following

Please please help me understand how to create this template.
I’m looking around for tutorials or help on website building. Can anyone give me any information or help on trying to create a good photo restoration website.
I have a lot of the information I need because I started using 'frontpage' well over a year ago for a while and found it to be generally easy to use. I made a basic but flawed website but never thought about getting it published or got any domain names or anything, but now I would like to re-do it over but with all the new programs like macromedia and flash it is getting a bit overwhelming trying to keep up
I currently have a name, logos and a lot of info that has to be narrowed down and re-organised but it's more or less all there.

I have read over stuff to do with flash but found the program to be 'option excessive' for the site that I had planned to create therefore I don't think I will be using it, however I have them all readily available to me if i ever need them. Macromedia seems a bit complicated too therefore i'd like to ask you where do you wreckon I should start?
I am willing as compensation to offer advertising slots on the site, or depending on the site traffic monetary compensation.
Any info or help would be greatly appreciated
