Ok, here is what I am offering for a template: the domain 009.org and the domain MemberPlus.org (memberplus.org comes with contents and anything else on the site you may need.)

The type of template I need is a template that can be for multiuse as my site I am developing is NOT a hosting site. Template must be unqiue and pro.
