Template needed.

I am looking for someone to make a template for my site which I am going to be overhauling. www.12thmansports.com

I have some skills with Photoshop, but not for what I would like to be done. I am looking to spend between $100 - 200 (US) with the price varying on how much skill it appears the designer has. I have already had 2 offers between this price range(including a flash header.) All I would need is the template in .psd form and whatever fonts used.

I am looking for a site with a clean, professional look, with some nice graphics, but not entirely business like.

I have made http://12thmansports.com/screens/newlayout2.htm myself as sort of a guide. Obviously I would like it to look much better, and simple, but am looking to have these functions included. http://www.fanball.com and http://fantasy.premierleague.com are also 2 site I enjoy, and could be used as a reference.

If you are able to flash, please include that in your quote for doing a flash header. Something like http://www.template-help.com/screenshots/2700/2729-ih.html I enjoy (little shorter length) both look and flash animations. As well as http://bluetooth.com/tech/works.asp with how the background changes according to what is highlighted. If you are unable to do flash, then please make the header with keeping in mind it will eventually be converted.

hi at the moment im at my job so i cant type too much because im doing some reports,im a 4 year webdesigner,i know html/php etc.... i also know some flash,i can charge 80 dollars and 120 dollars with coding and flash, give me a reply as soon as possible
