Template integration

I am looking for someone who can integrate my template (PSD file) into iPanel v3.5.4. See the attachment for a screenshot of the template. The script is already setup and running at my server you can see here, I only need integration of the template by simple way.

You need to make the main index page using CSS and integrate the login form.
Add header and footer design code into these files

/order/header.tpl
/order/footer.tpl
/client/header.tpl
/client/footer.tpl

I prefer to pay by NP$. Please PM me your charge and some of your work.
